I lived in
Anchorage Alaska for nearly 4 year during the 1960's, where I attended
Alaska Methodist University,
and the University of Alaska where I studied fine art.
I had wonderful professors.
They taught me pencil drawing, charcoal,
pen and ink, oil painting, watercolor, pastels, etc.
Pretty much all phases of art except Acrylic painting.
At that time, I don't believe that acrylics
were an accepted form of fine art.
Thankfully that has changed
because I do enjoy painting in Acrylics
as well as Watercolors.
These are my primary interests. |
